Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how and why Doazores uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to work (session, security, cart). Cannot be disabled.
  • Functional — remember your language, recently viewed items, and preferences.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Anonymised.
  • Marketing — measure the effectiveness of our ads and retarget visitors. Only set with your consent.

3. Campaign attribution

We set a single first-party functional cookie, doazores_attribution, when you arrive via one of our campaign links or QR codes. It stores only the campaign code you came from and the time of your first visit, so a booking can be credited to the campaign that referred you. It contains no advertising identifiers and is not shared with third parties.

  • doazores_attribution — functional, first-party, expires after 30 days.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties such as our analytics and advertising partners. They are governed by the third party’s own privacy policies.

5. How to control cookies

You can accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
