A short loop that starts near an old bridge by the Mother Church of São Roque, climbing a cobbled stretch beside a stream past several old watermills.

After about 1.2 km the route joins the asphalt road for 700 m with views down over the village of São Roque, then turns off to descend alongside a watercourse on a narrow path next to a low wall back to the start.

At just 3.3 km and roughly 1 h 15, with about 165 m of climbing packed into the first stretch, it's a short but genuinely uphill start followed by an easy return.
